Rollcall ResearchCoverage is never complete. We measure it and disclose the figure first.
Whatever the register, some organisations do not name anyone publicly. We calculate the actual figure before you pay, and label every row so you know precisely what you are receiving.
Every address is labelled. Nothing is presented as fact when it is, in truth, an estimate.
An inferred address is a reasonable estimate, clearly flagged as such, and worth verifying before a bulk send. We would rather disclose this upfront than have you discover it later.
One register we have already completed in full. We checked all 3,272 UK secondary schools with a working website. Just under half publish the name of a Business, Facilities or Operations Manager on their site; the remainder list only teaching staff or direct enquiries to a general address.

That figure is counted, not estimated. It reflects the coverage you should expect from anyone conducting this work honestly, on this register or any other.
A national schools list therefore contains 1,584 named individuals, not 3,272. Of these, 714 have an email address published on the school's own site; the remainder are provided with a direct phone number and a name to request — which, for teams that sell by phone, is often the more useful field.

Care homes, GP surgeries, hotels and registered charities all have complete public registers, which makes them straightforward to research properly. On request, we will measure coverage on a small sample and provide an honest figure before you commit.
