What Rollcall Ledger collects
That you sent a message, and when
On chatgpt.com, claude.ai and gemini.google.com, the extension detects when you click send or press Enter in the message box. It records only a count and a timestamp. It never reads, stores, or transmits the text of what you typed or what the AI replied.
Which plan you're on, if it can tell
The extension looks for your plan name (e.g. "Pro", "Plus") already shown on the page you're using, so it can guess a price without you typing one in. It doesn't log in anywhere or access any account information beyond what's already visible on the page.
An API key, only if you choose to add one
The optional "API usage" section lets you paste an OpenAI or Anthropic Admin API key so the extension can show your API spend. That key is used only to call that provider's own cost-reporting endpoint directly from your browser — it is never sent to Rollcall Research or any server we operate.
The price you tell it you pay
Whatever you type into the price field for each tool, so it can total your monthly spend.
Where it's stored, and who sees it
Your device only
Everything above is stored in this browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local). There is no account, no login, and no Rollcall Research server that any of this data is sent to.
The only outside calls it makes
If you've added an API key, the extension calls OpenAI's or Anthropic's own API directly to fetch your cost report, on the schedule described in the extension. No other network requests are made.
Uninstalling removes everything
Removing the extension deletes its local storage, including any saved API keys, along with it.
