About Rollcall Research

Rollcall Research is one person: Evan Cole, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. I make printable planners and party games, and a few small software tools.

What I make

  • Printable planners and trackers: a perimenopause symptom tracker, a PMDD cycle journal, a secular homeschool planner, custody and co-parenting logs, and Halloween party games. They are sold as PDFs on Etsy and Gumroad, and there are free sample pages here.
  • Small software tools: Payroll Data Shield, a Windows app that strips personal data out of text before it goes into ChatGPT or Claude, and Rollcall Ledger, a browser extension that tracks AI subscription spend.
  • Contact research for businesses: the research service this site started with.

How the planners are made

Most of the work is reading. Before building a planner I read what buyers say is missing or annoying in the existing ones, then I build pages that fix it, check them in print and in GoodNotes, and give away one real page free so you can try it before you pay.

I am not a clinician

I am not a doctor, nurse or therapist, and nothing on this site is medical advice. The perimenopause and PMDD pages describe how to use a tracker, and that's all: what to record, how to fill it in, and how to bring it to your GP. They don't diagnose anything or recommend treatment. For information about the conditions themselves, I link to the NHS and IAPMD, and you should follow their advice and your doctor's over anything here.

How these pages are written

Pages are drafted with AI assistance from the sources listed on each page, then checked by me before they go live. Every page shows the date it was last reviewed. If you spot something wrong, email me and I'll fix it.
